Book a demoFaster puts a team of AI agents behind every sales rep and support person at a company that sells physical B2B goods. The agents field inbound questions, reach out to accounts nobody has time for, enter orders from PDFs and emails, keep quotes moving, and prep the rep for meetings. When something needs a human decision, the agent asks — the rep answers in one tap.
Two reasons. First, ChatGPT is reactive: it does nothing until someone asks, so the work moves at the speed of your reps' prompts. Second, one general model reading your whole business as context is the slow, expensive way to do this. Faster splits every task into steps, sends each step to the model best suited to it, and sends only the slice of data that step needs — better answers at a fraction of the cost.
Agents escalate on judgment calls, customer relationships, and decisions with money on them — a credit outside policy, a quote affected by a backorder, an intro to a new buyer. The agent stops, explains the situation, lays out the options, and waits. You set the thresholds for what needs a person.
Email and calendar (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), CRMs, and ERP or back-office systems including Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and SAP, plus price books, ATS sheets, EDI feeds, PDFs and spreadsheets — the messy reality of how a distributor actually runs. You connect what you have; nothing gets replaced.
Every agent runs inside Faster's secure enclave — an isolated environment for your company, hosted on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services in the US, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data isn't pooled with other customers'.
All of the major providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — plus open-weight models such as Qwen and Gemma. Faster is a multi-model harness: each step of a task is routed to the model that's best at that kind of work, so a transcription step, a reasoning step, and a classification step each go somewhere different.
Two parts. First, a one-time build-out fee to connect Faster to your systems — your ERP, CRM, price books, portals and inboxes. We charge that at cost; we don't make money on integrations. Then $200 per seat per month, with a minimum number of seats. Talk to our team and we'll spec it out for your book and your stack.
Our investment arm. Most customers run Faster and keep everything else exactly as it is. Some want to go further — Faster Holdings invests in and acquires distributors, manufacturers, rep groups and buying groups whose owners want a partner with capital, not just a vendor with software.
Faster was started by Rohan Shah, a founder with a background in wholesale and two previous exits, and is built by a team of 40+ of the best AI engineers we could find. We spend all of our time on one problem: making B2B sales of physical goods — quoting, ordering, procurement — as efficient as it can be. We're based in New York and backed by institutional investors including Susa Ventures, First Round Capital and Box Group.
