We use personal information to:

We use Customer Data to provide and improve the Services, including to develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models and features. Some AI features run on third-party model providers, and under their terms the data we send them may also be used to develop and improve their models and services. We also create de-identified and aggregated data and use it for analysis and product development.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our marketing website uses advertising and analytics cookies and pixels from third parties, and under some US state privacy laws that use may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out through the cookie banner or the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our website footer. We do not use Customer Data, including recordings, transcripts, email, calendar, or contact data, for advertising of any kind.

Where we act as controller, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

5. Google and Microsoft account data

If you connect a Google or Microsoft account, we access only the scopes you approve, and use that data only to provide the features you use, such as showing your calendar or drafting replies. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, sell it, or let humans read it except with your permission, for security, or as required by law. You can disconnect an account at any time in settings.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only as follows:

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there and in other countries where our providers operate. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for UK transfers and the Swiss addendum where relevant. We also carry out transfer impact assessments and apply additional safeguards such as encryption. Email developers@fasterwholesale.com for a copy of the clauses we use.

8. Retention

We keep account information while your account is active and for 12 months after it closes, then delete or de-identify it. Recordings, transcripts, and their summaries are kept for 24 months by default; account administrators can set a shorter or longer period, and users can delete individual recordings at any time. Email and calendar data pulled through a connected account is retained only as long as needed to provide the feature, and is removed within 30 days of disconnecting the account. Business card images are deleted within 90 days of processing, though the contact details extracted from them remain in your account. Customer Data as a whole is deleted within 90 days after the customer’s agreement ends, following the 30-day export window in our Terms. Backups are overwritten on a rolling 35-day schedule. We keep billing and tax records for 7 years as required by law.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, background checks and confidentiality obligations for staff, and regular review of our providers’ security practices. We host on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services, which maintain their own independent security certifications. We do not currently hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification of our own. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at developers@fasterwholesale.com if you suspect a problem.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

US state residents (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws) may have similar rights, including the right to opt out of sale, sharing for targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
